These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of spinaranz.com and any associated social casino games and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age to participate in gambling-style games where you live, if higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your location.
2) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)
The Service is for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling. No winnings, prizes, or rewards have real-world monetary value, and you cannot cash out any in-game items or currency.
3) Virtual currency and items
Virtual coins, credits, points, and virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Items") are licensed to you, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for money or anything of value outside the Service.
4) Purchases and paid features
The Service may offer optional in-app purchases or paid features. Purchases provide access to Virtual Items or features only, not money or prizes. Prices, availability, and purchase terms may vary by platform and are shown at checkout. To the extent permitted by law, purchases may be non-refundable once delivered or activated.
5) Prohibited conduct
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content.
- Attempting to access accounts/systems without authorization, or interfering with the Service.
- Buying/selling accounts or Virtual Items, or using the Service for commercial purposes without permission.
6) Intellectual property and licence
The Service, including software, artwork, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Spinaranz Limited. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.
7) Accounts; suspension and termination
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or reset Virtual Items if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8) Service changes and availability
We may modify, update, or discontinue the Service (including features and Virtual Items) at any time. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of Virtual Items arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
10) Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
